Service Wire Co., Culloden WV, recently presented the Art Weisberg Founder’s Award for recognition of excellence in sales growth and performance at NEMRA in Orlando, FL. The 2019 commercial and industrial manufacturer representative award winners are:

The Art Weisberg Founder’s Award is presented each year to top-performing manufacturer representatives in the wire and cable industry who exhibit sales growth and exemplary performance in any vertical market.

Arlington Industries, Scranton, PA, presented its rep sales awards at NEMRA20. The winners are below.

National Sales Achievement Award - Tower Sales Inc.; Central Region Sales Achievement Award - L.P. Chick Company Inc.; Western Region Sales Achievement Award - D.Z. Cook Co.; Southern Region Sales Achievement Award -E-Tel Inc.; Eastern Region Sales Achievement Award - P&M Sales, Ltd.; and Canadian Sales Achievement Award - Munden Enterprises Ltd. Barb Dujan, Hawkins Sales of Ohio, received Arlington’s Inside Sales Person of the Year given by Arlington’s customer service staff to the inside sales person delivering the best performance at a firm representing Arlington.

Milbank Manufacturing, Kansas City, MO, recently announced that Fields Electrical Sales (FES) will also be representing Milbank in western Pennsylvania and West Virginia. The 16-member Fields Electrical Sales team has been representing Milbank in both Ohio and Michigan since Sept. 2013, growing business across multiple Milbank product lines. Throughout 2019, the FES team consistently gained several utility approvals on key Milbank products.

RepFiles, Norcross, GA, recently announced that American Lighting Inc. is now delivering sales and marketing content to its sales representatives through RepFiles’ NEMRA and Lighting apps. The system allows sales reps to access their manufacturers’ latest content via the mobile application or Windows 10 computer.

National Electrical Manufacturers Representatives Association (NEMRA), Portsmouth, NH, is joining with the Gary Sinise Foundation to do more for nation’s military heroes and their families throughout the coming year, said Jim Johnson, NEMRA’s president.

Established under the philanthropic direction of actor Gary Sinise, an advocate of our nation’s defenders for nearly forty years, the Gary Sinise Foundation’s mission is to serve our nation by honoring our defenders, veterans, first responders, their families, and those in need.

NEMRA will work with the foundation’s RISE (Restoring Independence Supporting Empowerment) program, a specially adapted smart homes initiative to construct one-of-a-kind homes for our nation’s most severely wounded heroes. The initiative predominantly supports post-9/11 defenders injured in combat operations or during training while performing their duties. These 100% mortgage-free homes ease the daily challenges faced by these heroes and their families who sacrifice alongside them.

“Together, as an association, we can help expand the RISE program’s outreach and build homes for even more deserving veterans, first responders, and their families,” said Johnson.
