Forest Lighting, Marietta, GA, has announced a sales representation agreement with Phoenix Sales and Marketing.  Based in Halethorpe, MD, Phoenix focuses on electrical and lighting products for the commercial and industrial markets in DC, Maryland, and northern Virginia.
