CED Closes 3E Acquisition

Update ...  Consolidated Electrical Distributors Inc. (CED), Irving, Texas, has finalized the acquisition of Electrical Engineering and Equipment Company (3E) based in Des Moines, IA. 3E has locations in Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota and will continue to be led by 3E’s President, Steve Van Brocklin, as a separate division within CED.
