Electrical Marketing's September Electrical Price Index (EPI) recorded another month of increases not seen in many years. While the monthly increase in the EPI's Total Index was only up +0.6%, the year-over-year (YOY) increase of +8.8% was supported by double-digit increases in seven product categories, including both wire & cable categories; switchgear and panelboards; circuit breakers; and industrial controls.
