Electrical Marketing's Electrical Price Index for February is up +19.6% year-over-year.

Advances in electrical prices slowed down in February, with few product categories logging big increases and the Total Index inching up +0.6% to 192 points. Switchgear (+10.5%) and Panelboards & Switches (+5.1%) led all products, followed by Motors (+4.6%) and Fuses (+3.3%). Year-over-year (YOY) increase were still eye-popping, with the Total Index up +19.6% YOY and nine categories topping that mark.
