Arlington Industries (Scranton, PA)

One of the most familiar and popular executives around the electrical circuit will be retiring. Arlington Industries announced the retirement of its director of sales & marketing, Don Ambrose, (in photo) effective Sept. 1.
He  leaves Arlington after a 47-year career in the electrical industry that also included roles at Westinghouse Electric Supply Co., Ideal Industries, Firex and Johns Manville. Ambrose began his career in the electrical industry in 1979 upon graduating from The University of Texas at Austin. After years in electrical distribution, he secured a position on the supplier side of the business, where he rose through the ranks to national sales and marketing roles at four separate companies.
To support the industry, Don served in a voluntary capacity under three different presidents of the National Electrical Manufacturer’s Representative Association (NEMRA). He was also the recipient of the NEMRA’s Excellence in Regional Sales Management Award at their Chicago conference in 2013.
Ambrose joined Arlington as its Southern regional manager in March 2005. He was promoted to national sales manager in 2012 succeeding industry icon, Ray Kennedy. Don has most recently served as Arlington’s director of Sales & Marketing since 2023.

Wheatland Tube/Zekelman Industries (Chicago)

Nathan Stetten is the company’s new Midwest regional sales manager. In this role, Stetten will lead electrical sales efforts across the Midwest, working closely with customers and partners to drive growth and strengthen relationships throughout the region.
Stetten brings more than 15 years of experience in the electrical industry to his new role. Most recently, he was a regional sales manager for Hubbell where he was responsible for the sales performance and key client relationships across a nine-state territory. He was named Hubbell’s Electrical Sales Leader of the Year in 2025.
Prior to his time at Hubbell, Stetten was a product manager for the RACO brand. There, he managed product portfolios, supported new product development, and collaborated with sales, marketing and engineering teams to respond to customer and market needs.

 

Border States (Fargo, ND)

Kelly Rudolf has been named VP – Information Security at Border States. Rudolf has been with the company since 2003 and has served in a series of progressive leadership roles, most recently as Information Security director. He has helped lead, develop and execute Border States’ enterprise security strategy and has established a strong culture of cybersecurity preparedness and accountability.
“The impact of Kelly’s leadership extends beyond technology,” said Jason Stein, chief information officer at Border States, in the press release. “Having an employee-owner of his caliber, in this role, is remarkable. As VP-Information Security, Kelly will continue leading Border States’ efforts to enhance cyber resilience, manage enterprise risk and support the company’s ongoing growth and digital transformation.”
The 100% employee-owned Border States is rated the sixth largest electrical distributor in the United States by Electrical Wholesaling. Border States has more than 3,500 employee-owners and 125 locations in 31 states.


InstaLILY (New York, NY)

Adam Isenberg, former National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors (NAW) executive, has joined the company as head of Distribution. After more than 14 years working alongside distribution leaders across the industry, the press release said, “Isenberg has a unique perspective on how distributors are navigating AI adoption, sales growth and operational efficiency during a period of significant change.” Information at www.instalily.com says InstaLily’s AI solution for distributors learns a company’s pricing, product data, branch rules and approval logic and then builds the software that turns fragmented requests into complete quotes and orders inside the systems the distributor already uses.
