Border States Electric, Fargo, N.D., named Ismael Carbajal branch manager at its branch location in Brownsville, Texas. Carbajal has been with BSE since Feb. 2010 when he joined them as a utility customer service representative in the Amarillo, Texas, branch. He moved to the branch operations supervisor position in Brownsville in April 2011. Before joining Border States, he worked for Texas Electric Cooperatives, Lubbock, Texas, where for five years he was warehouse associate, warehouse manager and customer service rep.
