HD Supply sees 13.4% increase in 3Q 2012 sales

HD Supply Inc., Atlanta, reported net sales for its fiscal 2012 3Q of $2.1 billion, an increase of $253 million, or 13.4%, as compared to the third quarter of fiscal 2011. Gross profit for the third quarter of fiscal 2012 increased by $81 million, or 15.1% percent, to $616 million compared to $535 million for the third quarter of fiscal 2011. Gross profit for the third quarter of fiscal 2012 was 28.7 percent of net sales compared to 28.3 percent of net sales for the third quarter of fiscal 2011. Details
