U.S. Electrical Services Inc. (USESI), recently acquired Main Electric Supply, Monroe Township, NJ.

Main Electric Supply has served the Middlesex County, NJ, area contractor community for over 30 years. Like USESI it is a member of the IMARK Group distributor buying/marketing group.

Main Electric will become part of USESI’s Monarch Region under the leadership of Charlie Colella.

“The US Electrical model supported my goals of ensuring my staff and customers would be treated right and that our contributions would be valued,” Perry Sablosky, owner of Main Electric, said in a release. “Additionally, they have the technology, value-added services and resources my customers can benefit from. My team looks forward to working with Charlie and the Monarch team.”

The acquisition of Main is US Electrical Services’ second acquisition in the past twelve months. Last spring USESI acquired Lindley Electric of Southampton, PA, strengthening its presence in the Philadelphia market.  Lindley has served the Philadelphia area nearly 100 years, focusing on the industrial OEM and MRO segments. Lindley is now part of USESI’s Yale Electric Supply, under the leadership of Steve Bryson, president.  According to Bryson, “the Lindley acquisition helps us further diversify our business in the Philadelphia market.  Edward Buck and his team bring us additional resources to support this segment of our business.”

Randy Eddy, president and CEO of USESI, says “Both Lindley and Main are a great fit with U.S. Electricals’ culture and values. Over the past 5 years we have opened over 20 branches and made three acquisitions while also adding RDCs to our operational model.  Lindley and Main are quality companies with strong legacies and a common philosophy of servicing customers. Customers served by these companies will benefit from the extensive inventory from our Cranbury, NJ central distribution center. Our goal, as shared in our mission statement, is to be the best electrical solutions provider in our markets by helping our customers meet and exceed their goals and creating a great place to work for our employees”.
