Hubbell Lighting Goes to Dallas with New Distribution Center

The Dallas RDC will serve Hubbell Lighting's customers in the Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Colorado, New Mexico and Mississippi markets with a mix of products fine-tuned to the preferences in those markets.

Hubbell Lighting, Greenville, S.C., is opening a new regional distribution center in Dallas in an effort to support an increase in market demand for its products. This is the fifth RDC Hubbell Lighting has established, and will occupy a portion of CEVA Logistics’ 400,000 square foot facility in the Grapevine area of Dallas Fort-Worth.

"We are continuously monitoring the needs of our customers to ensure we are serving them in the best manner possible," said Brian Golden, vice president and general manager, C&I Lighting at Hubbell Lighting. "The investment in the Dallas RDC will have an immediate impact on our ability to increase the speed at which we deliver products to our customers in the field."

Hubbell conceived the RDC as a customer and visitor friendly facility and expects an immediate impact on Hubbell Lighting's capabilities to serve its customers in the Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Colorado, New Mexico and Mississippi markets. The center will stock approximately 250 SKUs highlighted by the more than 80 percent of its products that are LED and oriented to indoor and outdoor architectural and commercial products that are popular in the region.
