DSIRE: There’s gold in that ‘thar tax code

The Database of State Incentives for Renewables and Efficiency (DSIRE) did some digging into the recently enacted “fiscal cliff” bill and unearthed all sorts of interesting nuggets that offer incentives for the installation of energy-efficient building systems and renewables.
