Kent Chadwick (in photo) is president of Codale, effective immediately. He has four decades of experience in the industry and most recently held the position of senior VP-Customer Experience at Codale.
Chadwick began his career at Codale as a delivery driver in 1985. Over the years, he has held various roles including counter sales, inside sales, procurement, account manager, branch manager, VP Sales, VP Operations and most recently, senior VP-Customer Experience.

Robroy Industries Raceway Division (Gilmer, TX)
Chris Caldwell was promoted to national sales manager. The press release said Caldwell, who joined Robroy 21 years ago, will oversee all aspects of the Raceway Division’s national sales strategy. By guiding a growing team of professionals across business development, project sales and channel management and advancing the implementation of Sales Process Engineering (SPE), he will contribute to the company’s overall goal of driving scalable growth.
