Halco Lighting Technologies Acquires J&J Electronics

Halco Lighting Technologies, Norcross, GA, makers of LED lamps and luminaires along with more traditional lamp technologies, is acquiring J&J Electronics, LLC, Irvine, CA, a specialist manufacturer of lighting products for pool, spa and fountain applications. The acquisition makes Halco Lighting one of the leading lighting manufacturers for such applications.

The addition of J&J Electronics adds fountain lighting and architectural decorative Lighting to its luminaire product families.

Halco Lighting will use J&J Electronics' existing sales, product, marketing and manufacturing infrastructure to continue to produce the J&J product lines, including its brands Color Splash, Pure White and ColorGlo.
