Border States Electric Promotes Dugger to Branch Manager in Abilene

Border States Electric (BSE) (Fargo, N.D.): BSE has named Scott Dugger branch manager in Abilene, Texas. Dugger has worked in the electrical business since Sept. 1982, when he was still in high school. He has worked in varied positions, from the warehouse to driving truck to purchasing and sales, and has been branch manager in San Angelo, Texas, since 2007 and added Abilene to his duty roster in March.
