Together, we will be able to leverage our combined strengths to provide best in class products and services to our customers and have a stronger platform for growth.”

Doug Bemis, CEO and owner of Caniff Electric Supply said in the press release,  “We have long respected McNaughton-McKay as a tough competitor in the market and are excited to be joining forces to provide broader scale and deeper capabilities to our valued customers. We are looking forward to combining our talents and being better than ever.”

Subject to final definitive agreements, the transaction is expected to close in early Dec. 2021.
