NSi Industries sold to another private equity firm

NSi Industries, Huntersville, N.C., maker of Polaris insulated connectors, Tork time switches and lighting controls and Easy-Twist wire connectors, was sold by its owner, Summit Park, to another private equity firm, Blue Sea Capital, according to a release posted on private-equity news site PE Hub Network. Terms were not disclosed. Summit Park, based in Charlotte, N.C., has held a majority interest in the company since 2012.
