    NSi Industries, Huntersville, N.C., maker of Polaris insulated connectors, Tork time switches and lighting controls and Easy-Twist wire connectors, was sold by its owner, Summit Park, to another private equity firm,

    NSi Industries, Huntersville, N.C., maker of Polaris insulated connectors, Tork time switches and lighting controls and Easy-Twist wire connectors, was sold by its owner, Summit Park, to another private equity firm, Blue Sea Capital, according to a release posted on private-equity news site PE Hub Network. Terms were not disclosed. Summit Park, based in Charlotte, N.C., has held a majority interest in the company since 2012.
