Dakota Supply Group acquires Pipeline Supply In Minnesota

Dakota Supply Group (DSG), Fargo, N.D., has acquired Pipeline Supply, a distributor of plumbing, HVAC, hydronics and well supplies with five Minnesota locations: Grand Rapids, Ham Lake, Monticello, Oakdale and Hopkins (where the company also has an 8,000-square-foot showroom). Pipeline Supply will retain its name and staff, and virtually all business operations will function as normal for customers and manufacturers. This acquisition of Pipeline Supply will add more than 100 employee owners to DSG.

DSG, an employee-owned company, distributes products across several vertical categories including waterworks, plumbing, HVAC/R, electrical, utility, communications and automation products through 36 locations throughout Minnesota, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin.
