Electrical Equipment Co. buys assets of Atlantic Control Products
Electrical Equipment Co. (EECO), Raleigh N.C., said it has reached an agreement to acquire assets of Atlantic Control Products (ACP), Summerville, S.C.
Electrical Equipment Co. (EECO), Raleigh N.C., said it has reached an agreement to acquire assets of Atlantic Control Products (ACP), Summerville, S.C. ACP is an electrical distributor with specialized services for industrial applications. After closing in mid-December, the combined business will operate from EECO's location on Cross Park Dr. in North Charleston.
