$230 million retail project on tap for Staten Island in 2014
The mega-project will include a 100-store outlet mall and be built near the Staten Island Yankees' minor-league ballpark and the "New York Wheel," a 625-foot ferris wheel that will give riders breathtaking views of the New York skyline.
