Rep News: New reps for Universal Lighting Technologies, Electri-Flex and Halco Lighting

Empire Electric Sales Inc., Sacramento, Calif., has been named Northwest sales agency for Universal Lighting Technologies, Inc., Nashville, Tenn., and will represent Universal in northern California and western Nevada. Empire has been committed to the residential, commercial, industrial, utility and distribution markets for 27 years. As a representative for Universal, Empire will offer the company’s high-efficiency linear fluorescent, compact fluorescent, LED, HID and e-HID ballasts, as well as control systems, lamps and lampholders.

Electrical manufacturer’s rep agency General Power & Control Corp., Geismar, La., now represents conduit manufacturer Electri-Flex Co., Roselle, Ill., in Louisiana and southern Mississippi. General Power & Control brings 40 years of experience representing manufacturers and selling to the industrial, commercial and residential markets.

Halco Lighting Technologies, Norcross, Ga., appointed Stellar Sales as the company’s stocking sales representative for Southern California. Stellar Sales’ La Mirada distribution center facility stocks Halco’s full line of lamp and ballast products and provides service to California, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Washington and Alaska. Stellar Sales was founded in 1991 and services commercial industrial lighting and electrical distribution in Southern California. Stellar Sales headquarters and 35,000-square-foot warehouse is located in La Mirada, Calif.
