Omni Cable, West Chester, PA,  completed the acquisition of Kingwire, North Chicago, IL, from Kinderhook Industries.
Operating eight warehouses with more than 625,000 sq ft of capacity, Kingwire is a value-added distributor of low- and medium-voltage wire and cable for electrical distributors across the United States. With a primary focus on distributor stock programs (DSP) and a nationwide sales network, Kingwire has a comprehensive offering of company-branded products for building wire, data center, utility, industrial and renewable energy markets. Following the transaction, each company will retain its own brand and existing locations.
