Schaedler Yesco Distribution Expands in Northwestern PA

Schaedler Yesco Distribution, Harrisburg, PA, announced plans to acquire Clarion Electric Supply, a two-location, 53-year-old electrical distributor in northwest Pennsylvania that focuses on the contractor market. Clarion Electric is headquartered in Clarion, PA with a second location in Grove City, PA. Following a proper due diligence period, closing is anticipated in Dec. 2023.

“We are excited to join the Schaedler Yesco team,” said Brian Stewart, one of Clarion’s three owners, in the press release. “As a family-owned business, it's important that we join forces with another company that understands and values the importance of independence.”

“We have been very intentional about the growth strategy in our western region,” added Farrah Mittel, president of Schaedler Yesco, in the press release. “Folding Clarion's two locations into our footprint allows us to serve northwest PA more efficiently and effectively.”
