Facility Solutions Group, Inc. (FSG) Austin, TX, acquired Lighting Management Inc. (LMI), Valley Cottage, NY. With offices in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida, this acquisition allows FSG to further expand its lighting service offerings nationally.

For the past 47 years, LMI has specialized in providing lighting and control products, lighting specification and design services, and lighting solutions to retail, commercial and hospitality customers across the United States. The company grew nationally by providing value-add lighting expertise, estimating and project management services.
