Elliott Electric Supply, Nacogdoches, Texas, has acquired AMO Electric Supply of Rogers, Ark. AMO was established in January 1961 and has locations in Rogers, Fayetteville and Siloam Springs, Ark. Elliott Electric Supply, established in 1972, has now grown to over 100 locations in Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.
The acquisition allows Elliott to expand its reach in the northwest Arkansas region, where it now has five locations. The new branches will operate under the Elliott Electric Supply name, with Area Manager David Christenberry, providing overnight service from Springdale. The former AMO locations will now have access to over $100,000,000 in inventory from 126 locations, and will be a part of Elliott’s advanced computer network including electronic order entry, mobile apps, and real-time tracking of orders.
