Maurice Lessans, founder of Atlantic Electric Supply Corp., Washington, D.C., died Dec. 24, 2005. He was 100 years old. Lessans founded the family owned electrical supply company in 1927 and remained active in the business for more than 60 years. Lessans’ son, Morton Lessans, is the current president of Atlantic Electric.
