3M buys two units of OS Partners

3M Co. has acquired two small makers of electrical industry products from a Boulder, Co.-based holding company. Terms of the deal weren’t announced. The two companies are both owned by OS Partners, and combined employ about 90 people total. Both business will be folded into 3M Electrical Markets Division based in Austin, Texas.
