SolaHD Rosemont, Ill., has appointed Fox-Rowden-McBrayer, Charlotte, N.C., as its new electrical representative for North and South Carolina. In addition, SolaHD has named G.L. Smith Associates Inc., Yorba Linda, Calif., as electronic representative for Southern California. SolaHD is part of the EGS Electrical Group, LLC, a division of Emerson Industrial Automation.

Jason Elgin, account manager covering the metro Phoenix and southern Arizona territories for Allied Group Sales Inc., Phoenix, has been awarded the designation as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) as a result of attending a Certified Sales Professional program offered by the Manufacturers’ Representatives Educational Research Foundation (MRERF). The CSP program was created to give salespeople a thorough understanding of consultative selling.
