Engel And Van Oss Named To WESCO’s Board Of Directors

WESCO International Inc. (Pittsburgh): John J. Engel and Stephen A. Van Oss have been appointed to the company’s board of directors. With the addition of Engel and Van Oss, WESCO’s board of directors now consists of 12 directors. Engel has been senior vice president and chief operating officer for WESCO since July 2004. Previously, Engel served as senior vice president and general manager of Gateway Inc. and as an executive vice president and senior vice president of Perkin Elmer Inc. Earlier in his career, Engel held management positions with Allied Signal and General Electric. Van Oss has been senior vice president and chief financial and administrative officer for WESCO since July 2004 and, from 2000 to July 2004, served as the vice president and chief financial officer.
