The EPI has seen declines in five of the eight months since January, when it spiked +2.1%.
Led by large monthly declines in Power Wire & Cable (-7,6%); Pole-Line Hardware (-2.5%) and Building Wire & Cable (-1.4%), EM's Electrical Price Index declined -0.4% to 203.4%. The EPI has seen declines in five of the eight months since January, when it spiked +2.1%. On a year-over-year basis, Power Wire & Cable (+25.1%); Wiring Devices & Connectors (+25.6%); and Metal Conduit (+14.7%) showed the biggest increases.
