In one of the quieter months in recent memory, Electrical Marketing’s Electrical Price Index (EPI) showed no change at 151.8 in May and only a half-percent of change over May 2019. Seven product categories showed no change, while several others did have monthly changes of plus-or-minus 1%: Lamps (+3.4%); Fasteners (+3.2%); Power Wire & Cable (-1.5%); Boxes (-1.1%); and Conduit Fittings (-1%). Lamps had a large YOY change of +11.3%.
