Comparatively few electrical product categories showed much change over Dec. 2019 in EM’s Electrical Price Index data for January.

Comparatively few electrical product categories showed much change over Dec. 2019 in EM’s Electrical Price Index data for January. Fasteners (+2.3%); Panelboards & Switches (+1.6%); and Fans & Blowers (+1.3%) were the only categories showing increases of more than +1%, while Appliances (-1.2%) and Air Conditioners (-1.4%) were the only categories logging losses of more than (-1%). The Total Index was up +0.2% for the month.
