Siemens (Munich, Germany & Washington, DC)
Siemens announced the appointment of Ann Fairchild (photo above) as president and chief executive officer (CEO) of Siemens USA, the company’s largest market globally. Fairchild, who has served as interim president and CEO since Oct. 2025, will assume the permanent role effective immediately. She will guide Siemens’ strategy and engagement across the United States, where the company employs more than 50,000 people in all 50 states and Puerto Rico and generated $24 billion in revenue in fiscal 2025.
Fairchild served for eight years as general counsel of Siemens USA, overseeing legal, compliance, regulatory and intellectual property functions, helping the company navigate complex regulatory environments while seizing strategic opportunities.
Fairchild is a member of the Siemens Corp. board of directors and serves on the board of the German American Business Council, where she brings Siemens’ perspective to transatlantic dialogues spanning policy, diplomacy and commerce. She was also recently appointed to the board of directors of Chief Executives for Corporate Purpose (CECP).
Fairchild began her career clerking for the Honorable Tommy Miller of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, followed by a role as a litigation associate at McGuireWoods in McLean, VA. She joined Siemens in 1999 in the Power Generation business and has since held a series of senior leadership roles across the legal and compliance organization. She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce with a concentration in finance from the University of Virginia and a juris doctor from the College of William & Mary School of Law.
Prysmian (Highland Heights, KY)
The company recently announced changes to its leadership structure in North America to further strengthen the company’s market position in the region. The company’s North America’s leadership changes include:
Matt Bedell, senior VP of Power Distribution. Bedell will move from his role as Vice President of Specialties to his new position as senior VP, Power Distribution. Bedell brings over 20 years of experience with Prysmian, having worked in various commercial, supply chain, manufacturing and engineering roles across the company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Lawrence Technological University and a master’s degree from the University of Michigan.
Brian DiLascia, senior VP of Digital Solutions. DiLascia, most recently responsible for Power Distribution within North America, will assume responsibility for Digital Solutions and the integration of Channel. During his 31-year career with Prysmian, DiLascia has held leadership roles across engineering, operations, and sales, and has served as VP in multiple business units. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a master’s degree from Cornell University.
Patrick Jacobi, VP of Specialties. Jacobi transitions from his role in Digital Solutions to lead North America’s Specialties business unit as VP. Jacobi has over 16 years of experience with Prysmian, where he has built a broad and impactful career across multiple business units. He has held leadership roles in operations, purchasing and sourcing, logistics, supply chain and product management. Jacobi holds a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University.
North Coast Electric (Seattle, WA)
North Coast Electric/Sonepar, announced that Cory McCulloch, president, has retired after four decades with the company and within the electrical distribution industry. Eric Genoway, a North Coast 21-year veteran, will succeed him as president.
McCulloch began his career at North Coast in 1985 as a truck driver, advancing through roles in counter, inside and outside sales, as well as branch management and sales leadership, before being named president in 2021.
Robroy Industries (Verona, PA)
Nicole Snyder has joined the company as corporate controller, based at the company’s headquarters. She will lead Robroy’s corporate accounting functions, including financial reporting, internal controls and accounting operations, supporting the company’s continued growth across its portfolio of electrical product brands.
Snyder brings more than 30 years of experience in accounting and financial leadership, with a career spanning public accounting, corporate finance and advisory services. She has worked extensively in financial reporting, forensic accounting, dispute analysis and operational finance, helping organizations strengthen financial oversight and improve reporting systems.
She is a CPA with a master’s of science in taxation from Robert Morris University and a bachelor’s of science in accounting from Penn State University.

Crescent Electric Supply Co. (East Dubuque, IL)
Ryan Micheletto has been promoted to national VP of Construction Sales and Justin Hall has been promoted to national VP of Industrial Sales.
Micheletto joined Crescent in 2012 and most recently served as area VP of the North Central Region. In his new role, he will lead the growth and development of Crescent’s Construction Sales nationally.
Hall joined Crescent in 2006 and most recently served as area VP of the Great Lakes Region. In his new role, he will drive the strategy and execution of Crescent’s Industrial Sales Team nationally.
