Winsupply (Dayton, OH)

Keith Hubbard (photo above) joined the company in early November as an area leader to serve Winsupply local companies and recruitment efforts on the West Coast. He comes to Winsupply from his most recent role as president and CEO of PACE Supply Corp., an employee-owned distributor of plumbing supplies based in California. He led the company for five years, growing revenue to over $1 billion annually with 32 locations. He comes to Winsupply with over 25 years of HVAC and plumbing industry experience and spent a total of 20 years at Ferguson Enterprises.
“I developed a deep appreciation for entrepreneurial ownership, high-performance culture and building leaders who act like operators,” Hubbard said in the press release.

Service Wire (Culloden, WV)

Trish Weisberg Erwin has been promoted to COO. During her tenure at Service Wire, Erwin has gained experience in every operational facet of the business including supply chain, quality systems, as well as business development and most recently, as director of HR and Safety.  
Jayme McComas will serve as the company’s director of HR and Safety. McComas held key human resources roles within Amazon, with a focus on leadership development, talent management and safety initiatives. She joined Service Wire in Sept. 2025.
Charles (Chuck) Oldaker, Jr. will continue serving as executive VP while taking on a new role as strategic advisor to the president. During his career, Oldaker has worked in public accounting and for the last 23 years has held numerous leadership roles at Service Wire during his tenure. 


Classic Wire & Cable (CWC) (Aventura, FL)

After 47 years of service to the wire and cable industry, George Merritt will retire and step down as VP of Sales and Marketing of CWC, effective Feb. 1. The press release announcing his retirement says Merritt has been a cornerstone of CWC’s leadership since its founding. His experience includes roles at Pirelli (now Prysmian), Kaf‑Tech (Atkore), Cerro Wire and Aetna Insulated Wire, where he served in national and executive sales leadership positions.
“George has played a foundational role in shaping Classic into the company it is today,” said Michael Dorfman, CEO of Classic Wire & Cable, in the press release. “His influence can be seen in nearly every part of our business, from the customer relationships and internal work culture. His retirement will be felt not only across our organization but also throughout the industry where he has earned the respect of so many. We wish him nothing but the best in this next chapter.”
To support the company’s continued momentum and ensure a smooth transition, Matthew Merritt will be promoted to VP, where he will lead the company’s sales and marketing strategy, execution and management across the business. He has been part of the CWC team since 2019.
Other executive promotions include Michael Schulte’s new role as regional VP – West, and Blaine Ballard’s expanded role as regional manager – Central Northeast. He will take on expanded responsibility for managing the metro New York/New Jersey, eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland and northern Virginia markets.

 

Ameresco (ABM) (New York)

This provider of facility, engineering and infrastructure solutions promoted Melanie Kirkwood Ruiz to executive VP and CIO and Tom Gallo to executive VP and chief strategy officer. Both leaders will continue to report to Scott Salmirs, president and CEO.
With 20 years of experience spanning technology, commercial real estate, manufacturing, healthcare and aviation, Kirkwood Ruiz joined ABM in 2020 from Cushman & Wakefield, where she led technology strategy for the Americas. She holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and both a master’s and bachelor’s degree in engineering from Cornell University.
Gallo brings more than two decades of cross-functional experience to his role. He holds an MBA from Cornell University and a BA in economics from Villanova University.
Illuminating Engineering Society (IES): (New York): Megan Carroll was appointed as director of marketing and business development. Carroll joined the IES team on Jan. 5.
In her new role, Carroll will lead IES marketing strategy, brand development and business growth initiatives. She will be responsible for advancing IES’ visibility within the lighting industry, driving manufacturer engagement and developing strategic partnerships that support IES’ mission to advance the art and science of quality lighting.
Carroll brings more than 30 years of lighting industry experience to IES. Most recently, she served as regional sales and marketing manager for Lighting Services Inc. from 2022 to 2025. Previously, she held specification and sales leadership positions at Illuminations, Inc. and Acuity Brands, where she served as senior specification sales manager. Earlier in her career, Carroll was director of Sales, East Coast, North America for Xicato, where she built relationships with designers, engineers and industry stakeholders across the region.

 

Crum Electric Supply (Casper, WY)

David Crum, chairman and CEO of Crum Electric Supply announced two promotions within the company.  Kevin Carlson has been named VP – Sales and Logan Hewitt will take on VP– Construction & Industrial, effective April 1.
Carlson has built a career in sales, joining the company in 2012.  He learned the electrical business as an outside salesperson.  From there, he was promoted to branch manager of the Casper, WY, location.  With his leadership, he developed a strong team that has thrived in the market under his helm.
Hewitt entered the electrical trade early in his career, earning his journeyman’s license and then owning an electrical contractor business in the Casper market.  He joined Crum in 2019 in the projects department, specifying, quoting and managing construction and industrial opportunities.  From there, he became director of the team, handling projects across Crum’s Wyoming locations and beyond. Both Carlson and Hewitt will operate out of Casper, WY.

 

Sonepar (Charleston, SC)

Scott Jansen has been appointed president West Region, effective Jan. 1. His predecessor, Dana Mouritzen, will assume leadership of the East Region while continuing his concurrent role as COO for Sonepar USA.
 Jansen has served as president of QED, a Sonepar company, since 2021. In his three decades with the company, he has played a pivotal role in driving growth and transformation. He was instrumental in the sale of QED to Sonepar in 2015 and the integration of Independent Electric Supply (IES)
 Arizona locations into QED in 2023. Jansen most recently spearheaded the expansion of QED’s logistics network with central distribution centers near Denver, CO, and Phoenix, AZ.
Jansen will continue to lead QED while the organization conducts an internal and external search for his successor. Mouritzen, who led the West Region since 2021, will succeed former East Region President Alan Rosenfeld, who is retiring at the end of this year.

 

M. K. Morse Co. (Canton, OH)

Ivan Robles was hired as sales manage for Mexico. He’s an industrial engineer with more than 12 years of experience in technical sales, commercial support and team coordination in the metalworking industry, Robles will lead the company’s plans to grow market share and customer relationships in Mexico.
With industry experience at companies including distributor MSC Industrial Supply and tool manufacturer Lyndex-Nikken, the press release says Robles’ technical knowledge and strategic sales and service approach make him a valued addition to the Morse global sales team.
