Eaton (Pittsburgh): Power management company Eaton has named Andrew Agan as VP of global marketing for its Crouse-Hinds and B-Line organization. Additionally, he will lead marketing for its Oil and Gas solutions across the company’s electrical business. Agan is based in Syracuse, NY, and reports to Eaton’s president, Scott Hearn.
In this new role, he will lead the marketing strategy and execution for Eaton’s structural solutions and technologies designed for harsh and hazardous areas applied in commercial construction, oil and gas, mining and industrial settings. Most recently, Agan served as director of International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) marketing at Eaton. Previously, he was a global product manager for Eaton’s industrial lighting and fittings technologies
Service Wire Co. (Phoenix): Jason Cao is now a regional sales manager serving Idaho, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, southern California and northeast and southeast Nevada. He has more than eight years of industry experience.
Graybar (St. Louis): Regional VP Bob Lyons will retire on Aug. 1 after 41 years with the company. Lyons is a member of the company’s board of directors, serving on several committees and as a voting trustee of the corporation. Graybar also announced the appointment of Dennis DeSousa as senior VP and general manager, effective Aug. 1. He currently serves as regional VP for the company’s western region, a position he has held since 2017. In his expanded role, he will have responsibility for all of Graybar’s districts, as well as certain subsidiaries.

Nora Lighting (Commerce, CA): Ed Steen is now the company’s Southern regional commercial sales manager. Based in West Palm Beach, FL, Steen has worked in the lighting industry for more than 25 years. His Nora sales territory covers 12 states throughout the Southeast to Texas. Prior to joining Nora, Steen was a district sales manager with Juno Lighting, Osram Sylvania, Philips, Universal Ballast and Maxlite.
