Hallmark Lighting (Chatsworth, CA): Brad Senet, who founded the company in 1978, has returned as president. Senet served as president from the company's founding until December 2009 before leaving to launch other new businesses. Hallmark Lighting manufactures lighting primarily for the hospitality market.

"We are thrilled that Brad has rejoined Hallmark Lighting. He brings with him more than 30 years of experience, leadership and knowledge of the manufacturing and sale of all types of lighting to the hotel, residential and commercial spaces," said Ron Cozean, executive chairman of both Hallmark Lighting and its sister company, Luminance, and an operating executive at Resilience Capital Partners, which owns Hallmark Lighting and Luminance. "Brad and his team built one of the longest operating and best-known companies within the industry. Under his leadership, Hallmark Lighting developed standards that have kept the company among the top providers of quality lighting solutions. We look forward to his leading the company to new heights."

Since leaving Hallmark, Senet has served as managing general partner of Senet Partners LLC, a project management consulting and general investment firm. He also has served as president of Graphic Encounter Fine Art of Utah. In addition, Senet has been active in many charitable and civic organizations.

"I'm proud to rejoin Hallmark Lighting, one of my passions that became the foundation of my business career. I'm excited to help the talented people at Hallmark Lighting and Resilience Capital Partners create a company with the technologies and capabilities needed to provide the lighting solutions of the future. I'm equally happy to rejoin old and new colleagues while re-establishing my client and designer relationships within the hospitality industry," said Senet. "As Hallmark Lighting benefits from the investments Resilience is making in its future, the company will be positioned to reach new levels of growth, innovation and competitiveness."
