Border States Electric Names Sipe Strategy Enablement Director

Sipe came to BSE by way of its acquisition of Shealy Electrical Wholesalers, which it acquired earlier this month. He joined Shealy in 2011 and has been vice president of operations since June 2013.

Border States Electric (BSE) (Fargo, N.D.):James Sipe is the company’s new Strategy Enablement Director. Sipe came to BSE by way of its acquisition of Shealy Electrical Wholesalers, which it acquired earlier this month.

Sipe’s new responsibilities include establishing and leading the Strategy Enablement Team. The team’s responsibilities include business intelligence, mergers and acquisitions integration, project management, continuous process improvement and repeatable process.

Sipe joined Shealy in 2011 and has been vice president of operations since June 2013. Sipe and his wife and two sons will relocate to Fargo.
