A report at www.floridatoday.com said Zachary Gibler, president and CEO, Lighting Science Group Corp., Satellite Beach, Fla., died in a bicycling accident on Sunday, Jan. 2. The article said Richard Weinberg, a member of the company's board of directors and a co-managing director at Pegasus Capital Advisors, the majority shareholder in Lighting Science, will now assume the chairman's duties.
