Ioxus Names Andews and Leiber to Exec Posts

Ioxus, Inc. (Oneonta, N.Y.):Brendan Andrews is now V.P. of marketing and sales for this manufacturer of ultracapacitor technologies for alternative energy markets. He was previously director of sales and marketing, Americas, for Maxwell Technologies. Ioxus also hired former Maxwell Technologies' Sales Manager Michael Leiber as the regional director of sales.
