Zack's Equity Research pegged the Electrical Industry with a middle-of-the-road "Neutral" rating, citing concerns over growth in the commercial construction market (duh!) The widely followed Wall Street investment research firm is a big believer in the AIA's Architectural Billings Index and tracks it closely in developing its market prognostications, as you will see in today's posting.

Jim Lucy has been wandering through the electrical market for more than 30 years, most of the time as an editor for Electrical Wholesaling, Electrical Marketing newsletter and CEE News. Jim is a Brooklyn-born Jersey Guy happily transplanted in the fertile plains of Kansas for the past 20 years.
