For the past five years, he has been in product management for outdoor lighting, Energy Star, and residential lighting products. Previously, Treadway was principal at Design Point, a consulting firm in the sports and construction industries. He has also held a number of design and management positions in the recreation vehicle industry and has 30 years of experience in product management, product design and product development.
