Quanta's Wilson to Retire as President of Electric Power Division

Quanta Services Inc. (PWR) (Houston):John Wilson, president of the company's Electric Power Division, will retire from his current position at the end of 2010. He will serve in an advisory capacity to PAR Electrical Contractors, Inc., a subsidiary of Quanta Services. Earl C. "Duke" Austin, Jr., president of Quanta's Natural Gas and Pipeline Division, will additionally assume the oversight of the company's Electric Power Division. Austin brings more than two decades of industry experience to this position and represents the fourth generation of family history in the electrical business. Before becoming president of the Natural Gas and Pipeline Division, he served as president of North Houston Pole Line (NHPL), a Quanta Services company.
