Leviton Manufacturing Co., Melville, N.Y., promoted Rob Spragis to region sales manager for its Upper Midwest sales region. Spragis has been with Leviton since 2005 and has covered electrical distribution in the greater Philadelphia market. The company says he has proven abilities in developing technical training programs for staff and customers, he has been recognized many times for outstanding key product sales and was named Vendor Sales Person of the Year by distributors in the Philly market, and in 2010 was Leviton's National Sales Person of the Year. Spragis's experience also includes work in the construction, HVAC and electrical industries.

In his new job, Spragis will report to William Cheetham, VP of electrical distribution sales. He has a BA in Marketing from Manhattan College. He and his wife and two children will relocate to the Chicago area.
