    US Electrical Services (USESI), Hartford, Conn., one of CED's operating companies, has acquired Warren Electric Supply, Queensbury, N.Y., an eight-location distributor with more than $20 million in sales. Warren Electric's CEO Jerry Nudi was represented in the transaction by Randy Kuchenmeister of Electrical Distributor Consulting, Shelby Township, Mich. The acquisition closed on July 30.
