Hlavacek To Succeed Alton As Minerallac/Cully President

Effective May 19, Jim Hlavacek will become president of Minerallac/Cully, Addison, Ill. Hlavacek has been with the company since 1990. He succeeds John Alton, who is retiring. Alton will remain as a member of the board of directors.
