Electri-Flex (Roselle, IL): The company recently announced several promotions. Brock Klein is now national sales manager; Joe Fedoruk was promoted to manager of strategic accounts; and Denise Butler has been promoted to distribution manager. (See photo above).

Klein started with Electri-Flex in 2017 as regional sales manager and has nearly 10 years of experience in the electrical industry, with a focus on business development, product management and sales.

Fedoruk started with Electri-Flex in 2013 as regional sales manager. He has over 20 years’ experience in the electrical industry holding sales, marketing and management positions in distribution and manufacturing.

In Butler’s new role, she will oversee customer service, transportation and the distribution center. Butler started with Electri-Flex in 2013 as customer service manager. She carries nearly 25 years’ experience in the electrical and electronic industries, holding various management positions.  

Hubbell Commercial Construction (South Bend, IN): Industry veteran Greg Womble joined the company as VP, sales operations and marketing for Hubbell’s RACO, TayMac, Bell, Wiegmann and Acme Electric brands. He will focus on implementing a sales and marketing strategy to ensure the company’s growth. Womble reports to Christoph Vogel, the VP and general manager of Hubbell’s Industrial and Commercial Construction business.

Womble comes to Hubbell from RAB Lighting, where he was senior VP of sales and marketing, leading the field sales, marketing, customer service and lighting design teams in promoting and selling indoor and outdoor LED lighting and controls. Previously, he held commercial leadership roles with companies including Honeywell, Siemens, International Paper and Georgia Pacific. Womble earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Clemson University. He resides in the New York City area.

Metro Wire and Cable Corp. (MWC) (Sterling Heights, MI): Charles (Charlie) Antie recently joined the company as national sales manager. He will focus on strengthening key client relationships in several market segments — utility, industrial, oil & gas, and working with electrical contractors who service such industries. Antie has had previous leadership roles with General Cable, Belden Cable & Electronics, Shawflex and Dekoron Wire and Cable.

MWC specializes in a variety of industries: public utilities, electrical contractors, wind-farm developers, commercial and industrial HVAC industries, traffic signal and airport lighting contractors, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and the security industry.

LSI Industries (Cincinnati): Mike Prachar has been named chief marketing officer and Brian Vincent is now chief support officer. Prachar will be responsible for LSI’s commercial marketing, product management, technical design services, and communications and public relations functions. He will report to Jim Clark, president and CEO of LSI Industries. Vincent will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, quality and facilities, and he will be managing a portion of LSI’s customer service organization.

Prachar joined LSI in March of 2019 as VP, Lighting Products. Prior to joining the company, he was senior director, Global Offering Management for Honeywell. He has held marketing leadership positions with Milacron, Rexnord Industries, Emerson and Ingersoll Rand. Pracher holds a master of science degree in industrial administration (MBA) from Carnegie Mellon University and a bachelor’s of science degree in industrial engineering from Iowa State University.

Vincent joined LSI in August of 2019 as a process leadership consultant at the company’s Blue Ash, OH, manufacturing plant. Prior to joining LSI, he was VP of global operations for the Armor Group. He has held operations leadership positions for Nilpeter USA, R.A. Jones & Co. and Cincinnati Microwave. Vincent holds a bachelor’s of science degree in business management from Mount St. Joseph University.

Crescent Electric Supply Co. (East Dubuque, IL): Jeff Lampe joined the company as VP of marketing and will build and lead Crescent’s go-to-market strategy across all sales and marketing channels. Lampe has experience in demand generation, marketing automation and digital marketing using customer insights and analytics. Lampe graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a BA in English and Communications. He previously held a marketing role with Arrow Electronics for more than 20 years.

Distributor Wire & Cable (DWC) (Denver): Travis Williams was recently named as the company’s new chief executive officer. He will assume leadership of DWC and spearhead its strategic and operational direction moving forward. He replaces company founder, Bryce Huett, who stepped away from day-to-day business to spend more time with his family in Texas.

Williams graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy, where he played football and earned a degree in economics. He also holds a master’s degree in global leadership. After graduating from the Naval Academy, he was signed as a free agent by the Green Bay Packers, but paused his time with the National Football League to spend two years as an active-duty surface warfare officer in the Navy before returning to the Packers in 2003.

Affiliated Distributors (Wayne, PA): As part of its 2020 LLC board of directors’ election, AD is announcing a new director and two reelected directors among its complement of 12 board members and committee chairs. David White, president of Border States Electric, is AD’s newest director. White served on the board previously while he was president of Shealy Electrical Wholesalers, which joined in 2016 with Border States. Along with his election, White has been appointed by the board to its organizational development committee. Named president of Border States in 2018, White brings with him substantial experience in mergers and acquisitions, integration and strategic planning.

AD also announced that Jeff Hockin has been appointed to the role of lead director. Hockin, CEO of Crum Electric Supply Co., has served on AD’s LLC board since 2017 and is a member of the Electrical-U.S. divisional board, as well. Additionally, Donald Slominski Jr., McNaughton McKay Electric Co.’s president and CEO, and an AD board member since 2013, will step in as the audit committee chairman.
