HD Supply sells hardware business back to Home Depot
HD Supply began life as a bid by The Home Depot to enter the professional market. HD Supply said it will sell its HD Supply Hardware Solutions under undisclosed terms. Home Depot has been the unit’s largest customer, accounting for as much as 98% of its sales.
