    T&B Names Pileggi CEO

    Dominic Pileggi has been elected by the company’s board of directors to succeed T. Kevin Dunnigan as chief executive officer, effective Jan. 16, 2004.

    Thomas & Betts Corp. (Memphis, Tenn.): Dominic Pileggi has been elected by the company’s board of directors to succeed T. Kevin Dunnigan as chief executive officer, effective Jan. 16, 2004. Dunnigan will continue to serve as a nonemployee chairman of the board until Dec. 31, 2004. Nearing 25 years with Thomas & Betts, Pileggi currently serves as president and chief operating officer.
