James E. Sullivan, 75, retired principal of the manufacturers' representative firm of W.E. Daw Co. Inc., Syracuse, N.Y., and founding member of the National Electrical Manufacturers Representatives Association (NEMRA), Tarrytown, N.Y., died Dec. 10. Sullivan was a WorldWar II veteran who participated in starting NEMRA. In 1994, he was named agent of the year by the National Association of Electrical Distributors (NAED), St. Louis.
