White Cap Construction Supply Inc., a business of Home Depot Supply, agreed to acquire Texas Contractors Supply, Fort Worth, Texas.

Texas Contractors Supply is a distributor of forming, concrete accessories, tilt-wall and power tools.

Texas Contractors was founded in 1933. The company, which employs more than 80 people, has longstanding relationships with Texas contractors and the Department of Transportation. The company operates five Texas distribution centers — Fort Worth, Irving, Allen, Austin and San Antonio.

White Cap-Home Depot acquired Western Fasteners in June and Hughes Supply Inc. in March.
