GE Supply, Shelton, Conn., has created a Retail Construction Center (RCC), located in Indianapolis, to primarily serve the needs of “big box” retailers. The RCC is also a resource for smaller retail developers.
The RCC provides a single point of contact for immediate access to more than 200,000 electrical, voice, data, and security products. The RCC is staffed by an experienced, retail-focused service team assisting customers with switchgear and lighting design, take-offs, and comprehensive project management.
According to Lighting Product Manager Christopher Cappo, the RCC provides customers with uniform national pricing and local market support from 135 GE Supply locations across the United States.
“We are 100 percent dedicated to retailers for new projects, redesigns, and facility maintenance MRO,” he said. “In addition, our service team takes advantage of GE's Six Sigma principles and processes to ensure customers exacting project execution, transaction quality, and precise logistics management every step along the way … including ongoing facility MRO needs.”
